Video Call Tips
- Sit near a window for good lighting on your face
- Do a practice call with an adult family member first
- Look at the camera (not the screen) for eye contact
- Schedule regular weekly calls to make it routine
Video Call Safety
Only accept video calls from people you know. If someone claiming to be your grandchild asks for money during a call, hang up and call them back at their regular number - this is a common scam. Real family members will never ask for passwords or urgent money transfers.
